tarastileseats: Pomodoro!!! 1 big yellow onion (chopped not too finely) 1 big yellow pepper (chopped not too finely) tomato paste chopped tomatoes whole peeled tomatoes simmer onions and pepper.  .boil all the way down! add all tomatoes. . boil all the way down. stir and cook for at least 40 minutes taste and stir stir and taste taste and stir stir and taste boil pasta add pasta to sauce and cook for 20 more minutes stir and taste taste and stir when you like it . .enjoy it!!!  keep the rest for the week! xo
