Explorations of a Life
This is currently my favorite game on the iPhone. The concept is simple, learning curve minimal, but it’s highly addictive. Flight Control allows you to experience the stress of a Flight Traffic Controller. A few minutes of this, and your own stress seems minimal by comparison. The game starts easy, but rapidly gets complex when you’re juggling 10-15 planes on the screen at a time. My personal best is only 43 landings, but I’ve seen some scores in the hundreds.
A few enhancements would be the ability to have new airports and even more plane types. Some have asked for a quit/resume, but I don’t think this game would feel right with that. You really do need the time to get in the groove. For $.99, it’s a bargain sure to give you hours of fun.
