&lt;p&gt;simmer onions and pepper.  .boil all the way down!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;add all tomatoes. . boil all the way down.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;stir and cook for at least 40 minutes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;taste and stir&lt;/p&gt;
